Licence terms

Three licences, the same three everywhere on PEFY. What each one lets you do depends on what you bought, so pick the kind of product below.

The three tiers

Personal License

Personal use only. Not for anything that earns.

Commercial License

For creators and producers earning from their work.

Extended License

For client work, agencies and production houses.

A seller sets the price of each tier and chooses which ones to offer. They cannot change what a tier permits — that is set here, for the whole marketplace.

True of every licence, on every tier

  • Buying a licence buys permission to use the work. It does not buy the copyright or ownership of the source files.
  • You may not use the work beyond the licence you bought.
  • Your download stays available for good, even if the seller removes the product later.
  • PEFY does not allow AI-generated products of any kind.
  • The seller must own the work or hold a clear right to sell it.
